Revenue of $640M! First Global TIL Cell Therapy's Q3 Performance

On November 7, local time, Iovance, a global leader in TIL (Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes) cell drug development, released its Q3 financial results. The report showed that the significant demand for its TIL therapy, Amtagvi? (Lifileucel), continues strongly, with total product revenue reaching $58.6M (approximately ￥640 million) in Q3 2024.

Lifileucel is the first globally approved TIL therapy and the first approved T-cell therapy for solid tumors, marking a milestone in cell therapy. Upon approval, it attracted considerable attention from both industry professionals and the public. Iovance has begun global production plans for Amtagvi?, with expected approvals in the UK, EU, and Canada by 2025, and plans to expand into Australia and other high-incidence melanoma countries.
